Can creative directors also be detail-oriented account managers? Make sure you’re sitting down – the answer is yes. A very big yes. Kevin is in his element when he’s listening, asking questions, thinking several strategic steps ahead, and focusing not only on the concepts but the nuances of the final execution.

It’s safe to call Kevin a veteran: Over 20 years of design experience. Stints at multiple top agencies. 10 years as co-founder of i3 Marketing Group. He has deep domain experience in branding programs for new products and services, as well as marketing and design for just about every type of client from adult beverages to personal care, food and beyond.

When not steering the agency, he can be found fishing onboard his boat “Fintastic" or in the mountains of Vermont snowmobiling.

Morgan Vincent | Interactive Developer

A regular (and well-deserved) Treblehook MVP. As anyone involved in developing websites or e-learning projects knows, the unexpected can be expected. Morgan has earned a reputation for creative problem solving. This skillset, coupled with exceptional programming skills, has made him an MVP on just about every project.

Morgan developed his skills working for various creative groups, and in the process acquired an encyclopedic knowledge of Adobe and WordPress.

In a previous life, Morgan made his living lobstering – a prime example of his amazing adaptability. He also happens to be one heck of a guitar player.

Jim Fennell | Production Director

To say Jim knows a thing or two about print, apparel or premiums production is a bit of an understatement. Jim leverages his vast and varied experience working alongside major national marketers to help translate clients marketing strategies into effective programs. He holds a BBA from the University of Miami, an MBA from Penn State and is an active member of several production-oriented trade organizations including the PSDA and PBBA.

Jim and his wife live in Branford, Connecticut and enjoy all the Shoreline has to offer. Especially boating!
