The Dannon Supply Chain reorganized and needed to clearly define its new identity. We facilitated a series of brainstorming sessions that established the essence of the Supply Chain Department and its role within the company.  From there, we generated a strong visual identity for the department including a logo and tagline.  Both elements are now used to convey the Supply Chain Department’s proactive, customer centric focus to its internal and external stakeholders.
